Naval Strike Wing and 1 Sqn RAF are the Strike Squadrons both flying the Harrier GR9. 20 Sqn RAF is the OCU ( operational Conversion Unit ) wich will fly both the GR9 and the 2 seater Trainer.All new Cadets will start in 20 Sqn to complete their training before deploying to a strike Sqn
